WHERE DO WE START

STEP 1: COMPLIMENTARY ASSESSMENT.

SESSION LENGTH: 60 Minutes

PURPOSE: We need to discuss where you are, where you want to be, and how we can get you there.

HOW: Initial Interview, Functional Movement Screening, and Baseline Body Composition Scan.

STEP 2: FITNESS ASESSMENT.

SESSION LENGTH: 60-90 Minutes.

PURPOSE: We need to determine how your metabolism and your cardiovascular system are functioning.

HOW: Resting Metabolic Rate Assessment & VO2 Max Assessment.
